Custom Embroidery Services

Embroidery/Monogramming Proccess
Action Sports Apparel’s custom embroidery services cater to both large and small job needs. Our two, 12-head sewing machines can handle large jobs, and our six head machine is used for smaller jobs and "onezies". We can handle customized golf shirts / polo shirts, sweatshirts, t shirts, and much more.

Action Sports Apparel’s customers often purchase most of their apparel needs through one of our eight apparel vendors. From custom embroidered polo shirts of any color to company sweatshirts for the cold months, we can get what you need, at the price you want!

Good Embroidery begins with good artwork. At Action Sports Apparel, we can help create artwork for you to be digitized or have your artwork digitized!

Once the artwork is approved, digitized and the items to be embroidered have been received, the shirts must be properly hooped to ensure quality stitching and prevent the fabric from wrinkling or puckering.

Once the fabric has been embroidered, the job isn't finished until it is properly cleaned of cross threads.

We then package the shirts or apparel for pickup or shipping!
